Beef Top Sirloin Steak

Counter cut thickness is 1.25"  These steaks are approximated 4x6" in diameter and average around 1.5 pounds.  With little to no fat and tougher fibers this is a great steak to marinate for three hours prior, grill, slice and share.  For some the chew to it makes it better unmarinated.
